Ezekiel Whetstone founded Sons of Legacy at 19 years old. Raised by a single mother, he was deeply influenced by strong male role models throughout elementary and middle school, along with dedicated female and male mentors who helped shape his faith, character, and leadership. On July 28, 2024, God spoke the words, “Your story won’t end with you,” awakening a calling Ezekiel initially felt unqualified to carry. Inspired by teachers who showed him that lives are changed, thinkers are formed, and futures are created through education, he committed himself to pouring into young men. As a youth mentor, substitute teacher, Grand Canyon University student studying secondary English education, and a trained Strengthening Families Program family coach, Ezekiel is building Sons of Legacy to help young men succeed spiritually, academically, personally, and professionally while knowing they have a dependable support system behind them.
